Loving Solutions

Class Description

If you're raising a younger child who’s strong-willed, easily distracted, or just pushing every button—you’re not alone. Loving Solutions (also known as Parent Project®, Jr.) is a 10-week program designed to support parents of kids ages 5–10, including those with ADD/ADHD.

Built on the proven principles of Parent Project®, Sr., this course gives you practical, easy-to-follow tools to reduce power struggles, encourage positive behavior, and bring more calm to your home. Each week, you'll join other parents—either on Zoom or in person—for interactive sessions that are supportive, structured, and full of real-life strategies you can use right away.

With simple weekly "Steps of Success" (S.O.S.) home assignments, you’ll start to see progress—and build a strong foundation for lasting change.

Loving Solutions helps parents:

  • Implement appropriate, brief, and consistent techniques to manage difficult behaviors.

  • Learn concrete solutions for parenting even the most strong-willed children.

  • Develop effective strategies to increase school attendance and performance.

What constitutes a successful completion of the program?

Attendance is required at 9 of the 10 sessions to be considered a successful completion of the program. There is no policy on excused vs. unexcused absence. A missed session is simply a missed session. Please do not skip a session simply because you are allowed to miss one! An illness may cause one to miss a session later in the program. You will be allowed (and encouraged) to continue to attend even if you miss a second session but it cannot be considered a “successful” completion.

Why It Matters:

When families thrive, communities thrive. Loving Solutions gives you the tools and confidence to restore peace in your home and help your child succeed.
